By using DLightWay transport and logistics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of our services, including customers, shippers, consignees, and website visitors. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

DLightWay provides professional transport and logistics services primarily between Jaipur, Rajasthan and various locations in Haryana.

Services Include:

  • Goods transportation and delivery
  • Express and standard shipping options
  • Bulk transport services
  • Real-time tracking and monitoring
  • Packaging and handling services
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) services

Service availability may vary based on location, package type, and other factors. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Booking and Orders

Service Booking

  • All bookings must be made through authorized channels (phone, website, mobile app, or in person)
  • Accurate information must be provided for all shipments
  • Booking confirmation will be provided via SMS, email, or receipt
  • Changes to bookings may be subject to additional charges

Order Acceptance

A booking becomes a binding contract when we accept your order and provide confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking that:

  • Contains prohibited or restricted items
  • Exceeds our capacity or service limitations
  • Involves fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Does not comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from shipment through our services:

Dangerous Goods

  • Flammable liquids, gases, and solids
  • Explosive materials and fireworks
  • Toxic and poisonous substances
  • Radioactive materials
  • Corrosive chemicals and acids

Illegal Items

  • Narcotics and illegal drugs
  • Weapons and ammunition
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Items that violate intellectual property rights
  • Any items prohibited by Indian law

Other Restricted Items

  • Perishable food items without proper packaging
  • Live animals and plants
  • Fragile items without appropriate packaging
  • High-value items without insurance
  • Items requiring special permits or licenses

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing Structure

  • Pricing is based on weight, dimensions, distance, and service type
  • Additional charges may apply for special handling, insurance, or express services
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless credit terms are pre-approved
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, UPI, and credit/debit cards
  • COD services are available for eligible shipments
  • Outstanding payments may result in suspension of services

6. Delivery and Transit Times

Delivery Commitments

  • Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically stated
  • Standard delivery: 24-48 hours between Jaipur and Haryana
  • Express delivery: 12-24 hours subject to availability
  • Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances

Delivery Procedures

  • Delivery requires proper identification and signature confirmation
  • If recipient is unavailable, delivery will be attempted again or held for collection
  • Special delivery instructions must be communicated at the time of booking
  • Proof of delivery will be provided upon successful completion

7. Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for loss, damage, or delay to shipments is limited to the lesser of:

  • The actual value of the goods
  • ₹100 per kilogram of shipment weight
  • The amount of insurance coverage, if applicable

Insurance Coverage

  • Insurance is available for additional premium
  • High-value items should be insured for full protection
  • Insurance claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of value may be required for claims processing

Exclusions

We are not liable for:

  • Losses due to prohibited or undeclared items
  • Damage due to inadequate packaging
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • Consequential or indirect damages

8. Customer Responsibilities

Shipper Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete shipment information
  • Ensure proper packaging and labeling of goods
  • Declare the true contents and value of shipments
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Be available for pickup as scheduled

Recipient Responsibilities

  • Be available to receive shipments during delivery hours
  • Provide proper identification upon delivery
  • Inspect packages immediately upon receipt
  • Report any damage or discrepancies within 24 hours

9. Claims and Disputes

Filing Claims

  • Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Claims require original receipt and supporting documentation
  • We will investigate all claims promptly and fairly
  • Settlement will be made according to our liability limitations

Dispute Resolution

  • We encourage resolution through direct communication
  • Unresolved disputes may be submitted to arbitration
  • Legal proceedings shall be subject to Jaipur jurisdiction
  • Indian law shall govern all aspects of our services
